Hawkeye's Notes: Jesuit General's Drum Beat, [Salvador] Dali Destroys Frances Scott Key Bridge After Feast of the Annunciation & Maryland Day Celebrations, on Death-Day of Joseph Ignatius Guillotin

A Sun-Tzuan drumbeat from the Jesuit Superior General for his army? The bridge's namesake, Francis Scott Key (1 August 1799 – 11 January 1843) was born on the death-date anniversary of Jesuit Order co-founder Peter Favre (13 April 1506 – 1 August 1546).

It's also important to note that, when connecting dates:

- Jesuit Peter Favre (aka Faber) was canonized by Jesuit Pope Francis on Francis' own birthday—also in the first year of Francis' Papacy—17 December 2013
- Peter Favre's Feast Day, 2 August, is the birthday of 18th Jesuit Superior General Lorenzo Ricci (1703)
- Peter Favre shares a birthday with Guy Fawkes (b. 1570), Thomas Jefferson (b. 1743), Jack Thomas Chick (b. 1924)

Timing, a coincidence? 10:28PM PDT, 25 March, the Feast of the Annunciation, also 1:28AM EDT of 26 March 2024 the incident between the Dali ship and the Francis Scott Key Bridge on the Patapsco River, occurred.

10:28PM = 10/28 = October 28, the birthday of third Jesuit Superior General Francis Borgia
- 1:28AM = 1/28 = January 28, the Feast Day of Thomas Aquinas

25 March is the US Medal of Honor Day, the given birthdays of Jesuits Christopher Clavius (b. 1538) and Jean Brébeuf (b. 1593), and is also Maryland Day:

Maryland Day is a legal holiday in the U.S. state of Maryland. It is observed on the anniversary of the March 25, 1634, landing of the first European settlers in the Province of Maryland, the third English colony to be settled in British North America. On this day settlers from The Ark and The Dove first set foot onto Maryland soil, at St. Clement's Island in the Potomac River.

Originally, January 1 was the date of the new year in the Julian calendar, but after the fall of the Roman Empire, the date gradually changed in various parts of Europe to March 25, to conform with Christian festival of the Annunciation. England adopted March 25th as New Year’s day in the twelfth century.
...
In 1752, England finally adopted the “Gregorian” or “New Style” calendar, in order to bring its dating in accord with the rest of Europe and avoid confusion.
...
The change was made in two steps. December 31, 1751 was followed by January 1, 1752 (the switch from March 25 to January 1 as the first day of the year). September 2, 1752 was followed by September 14, 1752 (dropping 11 days in order to agree with the date of the Gregorian calendar).

26 March (the date given for the Dali striking and collapsing the Francis Scott Key bridge) is the death-day anniversary of Joseph Ignatius Guillotin (d. 26 March 1814).

In Georgian mythology, Dali is the goddess of hunting.

Dali is almost always a reference to Salvador ("Savior") Dali, whose birthday, 11 May, is the death-day anniversary of Jesuit missionary, Matteo Ricci, who established profound relations between Rome and China in the late 16th century—a relationship that still stands to this day.

The mouth of the Patapsco River forms Baltimore Harbor, the site of the Battle of Baltimore during the War of 1812. This is where Francis Scott Key, aboard the British HMS Tonnant, wrote "The Star-Spangled Banner", a poem later set to music as the national anthem of the United States....

In the early hours of March 26, 2024, the 1.6-mile-long (2.6 km) Francis Scott Key Bridge, which carried Interstate 695 over the Patapsco River, was struck by a container ship and partially collapsed into the river.[8]

On this day [25 March 1634] settlers from The Ark and The Dove first set foot onto Maryland soil, at St. Clement's Island in the Potomac River.

Lawrence "Larry" Joseph Hogan Jr, who served as 62nd Governor of Maryland from 2015 to 2023, posted this Maryland Day message, on 25 March 2024, to his Youtube channel: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a4vzkaR1CLs

Hogan was born in 1956 in Washington, D.C., and grew up in Landover, Maryland, attending Saint Ambrose Catholic School and DeMatha Catholic High School. He moved to Florida with his mother after his parents divorced in 1972 and graduated from Father Lopez Catholic High School in 1974.

In 1998, Moore graduated Phi Theta Kappa from Valley Forge with an associate degree, completed the requirements for the United States Army's early commissioning program, and was appointed a second lieutenant of Military Intelligence in the Army Reserve. He then attended Johns Hopkins University, where he played wide receiver for the Johns Hopkins Blue Jays football team for two seasons, was initiated into the Phi Beta Kappa, and Omicron Delta Kappa, and Sigma Sigma Chapter of the Alpha Phi Alpha fraternities, and studied international relations and economics before graduating in 2001.
